Cabbage Rolls

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 pounds ground beef
  • 1 1/2 pound ground pork
  • about 1 tablespoon onion powder
  • 1 tablespoon garlic salt
  • (or onion salt and garlic powder)
  • 1 package of sweetner one can tomato juice

Preparation:

Boil 2 cabbages, core them first take off the leaves set aside use around 1 1/2 pounds ground beef, 1 1/2 pound ground pork, about 1 tablespoon onion powder and 1 tablespoon garlic salt (or onion salt and garlic powder). Mix well and make little rolls out of it, about 1" thick and 3" long.

Wrap the cabbage leaves around the meat put in roast pan and sprinkle over top 1 package of sweetner. Pour one can tomato juice over top and cook covered for 3 hours. They put me into deep purple ketosis. DO NOT cook the meat first!!! I hope you like them, I know it sounds like alot of work but it only takes about 20 min. to make 40 of them.
