Ingredients:

  • 2-3lbs ground beef
  • 1/2 cup diced onion (5.4g)
  • 2 cloves garlic; minced fine (1.8g) 1/2 bottle Ragu Cheese Creations Double cheddar (7g) (or alfredo sauce mixed with grated cheddar cheese)
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 can (4oz) mushroom pieces(do not drain) (2g) 3 cups cabbage; shredded big (6.6g)
  • salt and pepper to taste

 

Preparation:

In a large skillet, brown ground beef with onions and garlic. Add mushrooms and water and bring to a boil. Add cabbage and stir well. Cover, reduce heat and let simmer 10 minutes.
