Ingredients:

  • 1/2C. Chopped green onion .......3.7 carb
  • 2 Sticks celery chopped.......2.5carbs
  • 1/4C.SoyaGranules....13gr.carbs 8gr.fiber=5carbs
  • 2LBS Ground meat Any kind you like... Beef for me
  • 2tsp Mustard.........2 carbs
  • 1 Egg ..........0.6carb
  • 1/4C.Tomato sauce.....3carbs
  • 1/4 C Ground flax seed, if you have it ....0 carbs
  • 1TLBS Minced garlic ...1 carb.
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire..1 carb
  • Dash of pepper
  • Salt to taste

 

Preparation:

Mix together, put in bread pan, bake at 350 Until done, About 1 to 1 1/2hr 18.8 Carbs for the whole loaf but iif you make 4 servings out of the loaf it is 4.7 carbs.per serving.

If you want you can line the pan with bacon.Just check the carb count on the bacon you use.

PS.remember to look for low carb brands like tomato sauce. I counted carbs in the brands I have at home. I use this for stuffed cabbage Just leave out the garlic and worcestershire and add shredded cheese Is also good for meatballs.
