NO PASTA LASAGNA
Ingredients:

*2 lbs ground beef *
1 26 oz pasta sauce (I used "Classico 4 Cheese)...it had
the less carbs.
*3 12oz box of extra firm tofu (slice lengthwise)
*16oz of mixed shredded cheese

*seasonings of choice (I used garlic powder,garlic salt, and
black pepper) |
Preparation:
Pre-heat oven to 375. Brown ground beef in pan then drain. Add
seasonings and pasta sauce. Let simmer for 5-10 minutes. In casserole
dish, line bottom with sliced tofu. Add next layer of sauce/ground
beef mix. Then add layer of cheese and repeat. Top with cheese.
Place in oven for 35 minutes. May cover with foil to prevent cheese
from getting burnt. After it's done, let it sit for at least 10
minutes for the juices to settle...otherwise it will be too juicy
and fall apart. You'll never guess there was tofu in it. I even
impressed myself!! =)
