The Ultimate Steak Butter
Ingredients:
- 15 oz. butter, softened
- 3 green onions chopped
- 1 Tbs. minced fresh parsley
- 1 1/2 Tbs. Maggi Liquid Seasoning

- 2 tsp. worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 tsp. fresh lemon juice 1/4 tsp. dry mustard

Preparation:
Place butter in a bowl and blend with whisk green onions and parsley. In a seperate small bowl stir together remaining ingredients, slowly whick this into the butter mixture. Cover and store in refridgerator. If you freeze it it will keep for a very long time. Put the butter on steaks right when they come off the grill. the flavors will penetrate the meat and make a good steak great or a great steak incredible.
