Swiss Steak
Ingredients:
- 1 large eye of round steak
- 1 can rotel tomatoes
- 1 bell pepper
- seasoned salt
- 1/2 of an onion sliced
Preparation:
Sprinkle seasoned salt over steak and puncture with fork all over
on both sides. Put steak in a pan with a small amount of water in
the bottom. Dice the pepper and place on top of steak with the sliced
onions. Put rotel tomatoes on top. Cover and cook until steak is
tender. Note: If on induction leave out onions and use less rotel
sauce)
