Eve's faux Oatmeal
Ingredients:

Flax seeds..../14 cup (grind but not too much, you want texture)You
can use a coffee grinder or blender
TVP....1/4 cup....same as above..but be careful, this goes
to powder fast...
Wheat Germ..1/4 cup......not wheat bran..although you could
use that if you want.

You could also add a little unsweetned coconut |
Preparation:
Mix all together and store in fridge until ready to use. This makes
enough for three very good size servings. When you get ready to
use it, put 1/4 cup in deep bowl or cup (it has a tendency to foam
up) add 1/2 cup, more or less of water, depending on how thick you
like it,,,,,put in micro for about one minute. All micros differ
so test yours out.....now stir and add whatever nuts, sweetener,
and such you want. I use nuts, cream, splenda and butter in mine.
Sometimes I add vanilla...you could prob use the syrups,,coconut
maybe or toasted marshmallow flavor...yum.. Now for the count: Flax
seed....8 carbs and 8 fiber for a count of 0 TVP..........7 carbs
and 5 fiber for a count of 2 Wheat Germ...7 carbs and 4 fiber for
a count of 3
