Pancakes for One

Ingredients:

1/4 cup Atkins Bake Mix

1 egg

1 tablespoon heavy cream 1/4 teaspoon salt

1 packet Splenda

1 tablespoon melted butter 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon -- (1/4 to 1/2 to taste)

1/2 teaspoon maple extract or vanilla-- water to thin.

1/2 tsp lemon juice

 

Preparation:

Mix all the ingredients together and add enough water to thin the batter to the thickness you prefer. Cook on a hot grill sprayed with a butter spray or use a tiny bit of oil. Don't forget to try DaVinci Gourmet Sugar-Free Pancake Syrup. 0 addition carbs per serving! about 6 net carbs
