1 pound sausage, ham or bacon (precooked) ***(for Induction,
sausage is probably best choice, use fresh loose sausage that
has no fillers or additives) (also can skip meat and add more
veggies)
-- 2-3oz each grated cheeses *** (sharp, Monterey jack and
mozzarella) (can switch cheeses around or add less if do want
it to be as cheesy) Save a little cheese to sprinkle of top
****** can also substitute one cheese for other similar ones
or just put more of one or the other

-- 1 cup of low carb veggies (precooked) ***(some choices
could be- spinach, mushrooms, peppers, broccoli, cauliflower,
squash) use your imagination can combine ˝ cup of two different
types
-- 1/4 cup heavy cream
-- 1 tsp salt
-- pepper to taste
-- 1 tsp dry mustard
