Grilled Veal & Vegetables
Ingredients:
| 4 well-trimmed veal rib or loin chops, cut 1 inch
thick (approximately 8 ounces each) 2 medium bell peppers, each
cut lengthwise into quarters |
2 portobello mushroom caps (approximately 4 ounces),
each cut in half 2 small yellow summer squash, each cut lengthwise
in half 1/3 cup prepared Caesar salad dressing (not creamy)

Preparation:
1. Brush veal chops, peppers, mushrooms and squash all on sides
with dressing. 2. Place chops in center of grid over medium, ash-covered
coals; arrange vegetables around chops. Grill, uncovered, 12 to
14 minutes until veal is medium doneness and vegetables are tender,
turning occasionally. Makes 4 servings.
