Spaghetti and meatballs
Ingredients:

1 spaghetti squash
1 lbs ground lamb or veal
dash of papricka
Olive Oil

Salt Pepper
1/4 cup Atkins bake Mix
1/2 Cup Sour Cream
|
Preparation:
Boil up the squash until done. Cut in Half and put to the side.
Take the meat and mix the salt, pepper, paprika, and Bake Mix together.
roll into balls, any size you would like. Brown in a pan on all
sides. make sure it is cooked all the way through. Add the sour
cream and cook for about 2 more minutes. Take the squash out of
the gourd and add the veal. The sour cream gives it a good kick
as well as a sort of sauce. I added butter to the squash and it
turned out wonderfully!
