Portabella Mushroom Pizza

Ingredients:

1 portabello mushroom, stem removed, washed and dried

garlic oil spray

low-carb tomato sauce (I used spagetti sauce)

2 Tbs. shredded Mozzarella cheese crumbed

cooked hamburger (or bacon)

 

Preparation:

Heat oven to 425, spray both sides of mushroom with garlic oil(or vegetable oil) and place on baking sheet. Bake 10 mins on each side or until fork tender. increase oven to broil. Top mushrooms with sauce, cheese and crumbled hamburger. Broil for one minute or until cheese is bubbling. I made this for me and my husband with baby portabellos, sprinkled with a little garlic powder and oregano. They taste just like pizza's! I recommend them! The way I make them, I figure them to be 2.5 carbs per pizza.
