Last home check was 104.5 - I'm supposed to have my body composition follow-up on Tuesday.

It's crazy that I've been away for so long.
Currently 351 (highest 360)

I'm looking seriously into going to Mexico for lap band surgery. I'm 45 and have spent the last 30+ years large - I'd like to spend the last 30+ years at a healthier weight level.
Curly

May I ask, how come Mexico?

I dont know about there, but Lap Band surgery here is very expensive. Gastric Bypass or whatever it is called is free here on recomendation by your doctor. But for some reason Lap Band isnt.

I have talked to 2 people that have had the Lap Band. And they were very happy with the surgery.
